Please note that the usual order processing time is 1-2 days, but it can extend during sales and special offers due to high volume of orders. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.


All our orders are shipped out from the EU. 

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping confirmation email. 


Domestic orders (inside the EU) are covered by DHL, while International orders are fulfilled by FedEx.

Our standard shipping cost for the orders inside the EU is €8 and for the International order it is €20We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 for all orders except Australia.


Please allow for your order 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out of the warehouse.  We do our very best to keep up with your stock, but due to demand, sometimes items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed.


Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen delivery times will vary. Orders are in transit business days only.

Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 


We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that additional duties are not included in the order cost and may occur when shipping outside the EU. Please note that duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of recipient to pay and are non-refundable. 
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 3 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.


Shipping addresses can be changed only if the order has not yet been processed and packed. In other cases we will only ship to the shipping address provided when the order was originally placed.




Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.


Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.  


Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable.


We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe.
