ORDERS & TRACKING

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@seane.co within 4 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, please allow up to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. If you have not received this email, please email hello@seane.co

Please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?

Please email us hello@seane.co if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

WHERE CAN I BUY SÉANE?

Séane is sold exclusively at séane.co

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes, our packaging is CO-2-neutral and Cradle to Cradle Certified.

PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We are currently accepting PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards. You can also choose ApplePay (via mobile) as a payment method.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRICES?

We display payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. However, you will be charged in the currency listed at checkout which is Euro.

DUTIES & TAXES

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES REFUNDABLE ON RETURN ORDERS?

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable and SÉANE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range.

WHICH STYLES ARE SUITED TO A LARGER BUST?

We would recommend our underwire or bandeau styles which have cups with underwire - these give excellent support.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we offer 14 day returns and exchanges from the delivery date.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email with your order number to hello@seane.co and include a picture of the damaged or wrong product. We’ll make sure to make it up to you!

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?

As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse in Poland, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?

Do not fold or iron. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
