WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are currently accepting PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards and ApplePay (via mobile) as a payment method.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that additional duties may occur when shipping outside the EU.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable and SEANE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow up to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 10 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we offer 15 day returns and exchanges from the delivery date.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email with your order number to hello@seane.co and include a picture of the damaged or wrong product. We’ll make sure to make it up to you!
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Modifying or canceling an order is only possible if it has not yet been packed and shipped. Please contact us by email at hello@seane.co should you want to cancel or modify your existing order.
IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes, our packaging is CO-2-neutral and Cradle to Cradle Certified.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse in Estonia, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return.
