SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our orders are sent via DHL/ FedEx express and dispatched from our warehouse in Lodz, Poland.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping confirmation email

how long does it take to process an order?

Please note that the usual order processing time is 1-2 days, but it can extend during sales and special offers due to high volume of orders.


Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.

what shipping providers do you use?

Orders inside the EU are covered by DHL, while International orders are fulfilled by FedEx.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This can be used to track your parcel - please check your junk mail. 

WHAT ARE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES?

USA
After dispatch, your order will typically arrive within 3-6 business days. Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow 1-2 business day for processing.

Europe
After dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days.

International
After dispatch, your order will arrive within estimated 8-10 business days delivery.

ARE DUTIES AND TAXES COVERED?

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. 

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable and SEANE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD?

Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, it is not possible to change the shipping method,

My package says "delivered", but I haven't received it, can you assist?

We're sorry to hear that. Since the package was indicated as delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking.

Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.

We then encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. In some cases you can get to talk your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.

Should you require any further assistance please contact our Customer Care team so that we can find a solution or file a claim.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.

PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR FAULTY, OR THE PACKAGING INTEGRITY IS COMPROMISED, WHAT DO I DO?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that.

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible, providing photos and all the neccessary information so that we can find a solution and file a claim to the shipping provider.
