We understand that shopping online can be difficult - so please note our customer service team are here to assist you should your items not work out. For purchases made from the Online Store, returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery subject to the below return conditions.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after delivery date of your order to request a return. You can return your item for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the tags and hygienic liner still attached. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.

The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please submit our Return Form to initiate a return.

Please follow your instructions and wait until your return is pre-approved.



WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE SUBMITTING THE FORM?

Should you have any troubles with the form, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We ask you to sumbit the form or let us know you've been experiencing troubles with it within 14 days of the date of arrival of your order.

Please note that we only accept mail via hello@seane.co and we will need up to two days to process your request via mail. If more than two days have passed please do not hesitate to write us again.

What is your returns processing fee?

USA, UK AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Return for refund: subject to $6.95 label fee and $10.00 restocking fee. Deducted from refund.

Return for store credit: Subject to $6.95 label fee deducted from issued site credit. Restocking fee waived.

EU ORDERS:

Subject to €8 label fee. Deducted from refund or store credit.


What items are exchangeable?

Items within 14 days of their arrival date.

Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.

Please note that the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long do returns take to process?

As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return.

Can I return final sale items?

All items marked as sale are final sale and have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, while the cost of the exchange shipping is to be paid by customer.


We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.

ARE GIFT CARDS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Can I track my return?

Sure, as soon as your return is pre-approved, we will provide you with shipping label and a tracking number.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are received and inspected by the returns team, you will get an email notification on the return status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my item is faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please submit the Return Form choosing "Faulty" as a return reason and providing photos, and we'll happy to replace the item for you if it is deemed a product fault. Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to replace the item for you.
